Stopped in for a quick bite to eat before heading to the Valley. It's a busy location with lots of military and students. They're quick to serve you and always have someone cleaning the tables and floor as soon as someone leaves. They could use another set of bathrooms since the wait is at least 5min or longer.

Madison at this chipotle has stellar, as in unbelievably awesome, customer service skills at this location. I had a slight personal issue and Madison heard about it and didn't hesitate to help me with the issue. I will come back to this chipotle as often as I can. Thank you Madison! You made my day!

I'm a big fan of chipotle overall, but this location consistently disappoints. Their staff has always been rather rude when I'm in, and seem inconvenienced by simple requests like having a burrito mixed. On one occasion I came in about 45 minutes before closing and they had run out of chicken, I told them I didn't mind waiting, but since they had already cleaned the kitchen they were reluctant. They told me they don't prepare fresh meats after 9:40, but when I pointed out that it was only 9:20 they agreed to cook it. After several minutes of employees giving me dirty looks and making comments to each other while I waited I decide to leave and I won't return. The location on academy and union is worth the drive to not have to deal with lazy service.

I love chipotle; it's fast and consistently tasty. This location just doesn't do it for me. The food isn't as flavorful as at other locations, and the staff are quite unpleasant. Usually, asking for a couple sides isn't a big deal. At this location, I become the enemy when requesting a side of tomatillo salsa (shame on me for accidentally referring to it as the "hot" kind! The cashier's reprimand was absolutely unnecessary), brown rice and sour cream. I almost feel compelled to apologize for adding a few extra seconds to the assembly process. News flash: I'm paying. I'm entitled to order whatever I please.

This used to be one of the best locations but it seems to be slipping a bit. Barbacoa was a little slimy and the staff had a slight attitude. I will be back regardless...one bad visit won't break my addiction!

I've always had a good meal here, make that two meals, that burrito is waaaay too big to eat all at once. Like them on Facebook, and when the weather is crummy you might get a "Snow Day Deal": order 5 or more burritos and get the order for HALF PRICE. Plus they'll throw in a chips and guac for the brave soul who comes out to pick it up. Love the rice with cilantro and lime. The meat portions seem a little overcooked but are still really tasty. If you add enough "stuffs" in a burrito it's hard to go wrong.

The food is up to Chipotle standards (i.e., pretty damn good), but the service at this location was sullen and unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and head south on Academy to the Chipotle at Union and Academy. The customer service there is cheerful and the portions are plentiful.

Bland food and service. Big City Burrito is much better.

Awesome business! They do special promotions all the time for free burritos and the food is great. You can ask for things just the way you like, and if you decide you just want a cheese and rice burrito - They only charge you for the cheese and rice!! I eat at this location all the time, very good service.

Perfect spot to stop by and eat. I love how I can preorder and pay upon arrival, it frees up my time of the day. The food here is fresh and delicious. I love having a variety of ingredients to choose from. The staff provides fast service and they're attentive to help once they noticed my deafness so I appreciated being treated as a valued customer. Thank you!

Yes, I love Chipotle. . . . every few months, or longer. I like to let the desire build. I have never had any problems with this location, food-wise. I'm a steak person and just love the tomatillo salsa and some guac on my burrito bowl. The last time I was there, I ate the whole flippin thing and I was soooooo uncomfortably full the rest of the day. I think I ate at 12:30 pm and did not eat any more that day. Also, the staff always seems very helpful and nice. I have never had any issues to complain about with the staff. The one issue is the dining area, which does not seem to get cleaned up timely. The table I picked was not cleaned but it was the cleanest in the area. In the time it took for me to eat, three other groups of people snagged one of the tables next to me. Not once was the table cleaned off by the staff. Granted, it was very busy and as soon as the table was vacated, it was occupied again. There was a guy that seemed to be specifically stationed in the dining area who never once touched the tables or the floor. There was food and napkins laying around on the floor for my entire visit (probably 45 minutes) which was never picked up. I've noticed this whenever this place gets busy. When it's slow, the dining area seems to be picked up quickly. Other than cleaning up the dining room, the food and staff are great at this location.

I love Chipotle but the employees matter alot. There's been two occasions where I wasn't satisfied with how they served my food here so for that reason I'm giving this location only three stars. One time they messed up my tacos by putting too much sour cream. The other time I got a veggie bowl and they were skimpy with the beans rice guacamole and fajitas.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
